One verified development is listed here for Jalan Ampang: Golden Crown Residence, a 60-storey tower of 490 units by Golden Eagle, with layouts published as A1, A2, B1, B2, B3 and a dual-key Type C running 624 to 1,023 sq ft, sky facilities on Levels 58 and 59, and vacant possession stated by the developer as 2026. No price is published, so this page shows no band.
Two things about this project need checking rather than accepting. The tenure is not settled — sources disagree, and the developer does not resolve it. And the location is thinner than it looks: the developer publishes the address as 142-A Jalan Ampang, 50450 Kuala Lumpur, and its own map links resolve to 3.159695, 101.709186, but publishes no distance to TRX and no nearest rail station. Third-party figures put IKEA Cheras and MyTOWN at 1 to 2 km and KLCC and Bukit Bintang at 2 to 5 km; the airport figure of 53 km is the developer's own claim. The developer of record is named on agency pages as Multibay Development Sdn Bhd.
The project is marketed to foreign buyers, and that marketing is subject to the Federal Territory floor of RM1,000,000 per unit, plus consent under section 433B of the National Land Code from the Kuala Lumpur Land Working Committee. With no published price and an unresolved tenure, a non-citizen cannot assess eligibility from anything on record. Get the tenure from a title search and the price by unit number, in writing, before a booking fee.
