Two towers at the same station

Twin Tower Residence vs CTC SkyOne at Bukit Chagar

Both sit beside the RTS Bukit Chagar terminus. One is finished and available only on the subsale market; the other has not opened sales. Neither publishes a price.

This page does not tell you which to buy. It tells you what each one says about itself, and what neither of them says — because at this address the unpublished part is the expensive part.

Published price None. None.Which is why the foreign-buyer question below cannot be answered yet for either.

What neither one publishes

A price. Neither has one. Which means Johor’s RM1,000,000 foreign-buyer floor is, right now, unanswerable for both.

CTC SkyOne additionally does not publish built-up areas, a completion date, a per-tower unit split, or floor plans. Twin Tower Residence additionally does not publish a land use category, units per block, or a storey count that agrees with itself.

None of that is said to run either development down — incomplete disclosure at this stage is normal. But if someone is discussing price, rental yield or foreign-buyer eligibility on either of these with you, you now know they do not have those figures either.

Straight answers

Questions about these two

Can a foreigner buy either of these?

Not answerable yet, for either one, and anyone who tells you otherwise is guessing. Johor's floor for a non-citizen buying a strata unit is RM1,000,000 per unit. Neither development publishes a price, so nobody can say which units clear that floor. For Twin Tower Residence the question is also different in kind: it is a completed subsale, so the price is whatever an individual owner asks on the day, not a developer's schedule.

Which one is actually closer to the RTS station?

Twin Tower Residence, on the figures available — about 150 m against about 300 m. But read the small print on both. CTC publishes 300 m without saying what it measured from or to. The 150 m for Twin Tower is my own straight-line calculation from the developer's map pin, because the developer publishes no distance at all. Neither number is a walking distance, and neither has been walked.

Why compare a completed building with one that has not launched?

Because that is the choice in front of anyone who wants to be next to the Bukit Chagar terminus. They are the two towers at that station, and a buyer weighing one is almost always weighing the other. The comparison is not like-for-like, and the table above says so at every row where it matters.

What is the biggest unknown on each?

On Twin Tower Residence, the storey count contradicts itself in the developer's own material and the land use category is unpublished — both are title-search questions, not brochure questions. On CTC SkyOne, almost everything a buyer needs is unpublished: price, built-ups, completion date, per-tower unit split.
