Amika Residences at Jalan MP 1 is 468 units in two towers, 216 and 252, on a 3.5-acre parcel facing the 9.2-acre central park inside Tropicana Metropark, by Next Delta Sdn Bhd, 883 to 1,227 sq ft, priced RM838,800 to RM1,200,800 and completing March 2028.
Alora is the transit product: a 300-metre covered walkway to USJ 21 LRT on the Kelana Jaya Line, with the Subang central business district about ten minutes by car.
