One verified development is listed here for Sri Petaling: Aster Hill by UOA Group — a freehold suite apartment scheme built in two phases of 575 units each, 1,150 in total, at 32 storeys per phase, with unit sizes of 846 to 1,077 sq ft, 2,305 car park bays and two bays per unit. Prices on the permits run RM569,000 to RM843,300, with proposed completion in February 2027 for the first phase and August 2027 for the second. "Suite Apartments" is UOA's own wording on the permit, used identically for both phases.
UOA publishes almost nothing on distances, and this page will not invent them. It states the address only as Sri Petaling, Kuala Lumpur. No figure is published to the nearest MRT station on the Putrajaya line or the nearest LRT station on the Sri Petaling line — agent listings quote figures, UOA does not — and no distance to the city centre.
