It is 1,272 units in twin 57-storey towers, in two layouts only — 850 sq ft with two bedrooms and two car park bays, and 1,062 sq ft with three bedrooms and three bays — at 14 units and six lifts per typical floor, with proposed completion in the fourth quarter of 2029. WCT Land has not published a price, so no band is shown here.
The rail position is worth reading carefully before you accept the transit framing. Sri Petaling LRT is 1.6 km away, Bukit Jalil LRT 2.3 km, Awan Besar LRT 3.0 km and Taman Naga Emas MRT 4.0 km. The International Medical University and IMU Healthcare are 2.1 and 2.0 km, Bukit Jalil National Stadium 2.9 km, KL Sports City 3.1 km and Pavilion Bukit Jalil 4.7 km. Those are driving distances in practice, not walking ones.
