S P Setia Berhad (197401002663 / 19698-X, Bursa: SPSETIA 8664) was incorporated in 1974 and listed in 1993, so its position can be checked in the quarterly filings rather than taken from a salesperson. FY2025, filed with Bursa on 27 February 2026: revenue RM4.22 billion, down 20.3%; profit before tax RM969.1 million; net profit attributable to owners RM509.96 million; property sales RM5.11 billion against a RM4.8 billion target, with the FY2026 target set at RM4.6 billion. Net gearing has fallen from 0.61 times in FY2021 to 0.33 times at end-2025 and 0.31 times at Q1 FY2026, with total borrowings down from about RM13 billion in 2019 to RM7.96 billion. Setia Eco Templer holds developer licence 14331/12-2027/1386(A), valid to 21 December 2027, and has won the FIABCI World Prix d'Excellence Gold for Master Plan in 2023 and FIABCI Malaysia awards in 2022 and 2024.
