VERA & HERA
The 22′×60′ terraces, 1,774 sq ft with four bedrooms and three bathrooms. VERA is 80 units and HERA is 100 units — the same house in two releases, so when you look at a subsale listing it helps to know which one it is.
NORA & NOVA
The deeper terraces: 22′×65′ lots, 1,892 sq ft, four bedrooms and four bathrooms. NORA and NOVA have 50 units each. NORA was the first to reach handover, on 23 April 2026, making it the earliest occupied terrace street in the precinct.
ARIA & LUNA

Eco Tropics is a 743.6-acre freehold township in Kota Masai launched in 2015, with a reported gross development value of RM3.4 billion. It has been delivered precinct by precinct: GreensGate, MillsGate and BreezeGate came first, then North Garden and Rainforest, then FieldsGate. Alongside the housing EcoWorld built the commercial spine — Eco Avenue, Eco Biz, Eco Vantage, Eco Arena, Seratus Walk and Serambi Walk — plus Eco Business Park III and the SJK(C) Ladang Grisek primary school inside the township.
