Grand Medini Residence was developed by Grand Global Medini Sdn Bhd of the Grand Global Group. It was launched in September 2014 with a sales exercise in Singapore and delivered in August 2018 — about four years from launch to keys.
The developer no longer runs an official project website for Grand Medini, so please do not enter personal or payment details on any site claiming to be one. For anything official — strata title, maintenance, access cards — go through the building’s management office.
