Three 30-storey blocks, 672 units, completed in 2018, a short walk from Mall of Medini and about a kilometre from LEGOLAND. This is a subsale market, and one practical warning comes first: the project’s old official web domain no longer belongs to the developer.

Do not use the old project website
The domain that once carried Grand Medini’s official site now shows unrelated gambling content. Any form, payment link or “owner portal” you find there has nothing to do with the developer. For anything official — management, strata title, maintenance — go through the building’s management office.
Leasehold, and the years remaining
Portals record the tenure as leasehold but do not publish the number of years. On a subsale, the remaining lease is a price factor and a financing factor: banks shorten loan tenures as the unexpired term falls. Ask the seller for a copy of the title and note the expiry date before you negotiate.

From PropertyGuru, read 22 September 2026. iProperty gives the largest unit as 958 sq ft; 2014 launch coverage mentions a 2-bedroom + studio dual-key of about 1,110 to 1,119 sq ft. Facilities: pools, jacuzzi, sauna, gym, garden, BBQ, hall, playground, 24-hour security, covered parking.
Many units are operated as short-stay rentals. If you are buying to live in, ask how many units in your block are on short-stay platforms — it shapes lift traffic, security and noise more than any layout.
Medini Zone A
PropertyGuru lists LEGOLAND about 1.2 km, Mall of Medini and SK Medini about a five-minute walk, Puteri Harbour about four minutes’ drive and the Second Link about ten minutes’ drive. The building sits next to Gleneagles Medini and near EduCity.
No verified distance to the Woodlands CIQ or the RTS Link is published; from Medini, the Second Link at Tuas is the natural crossing.
Grand Medini Residence is built: go and look
No images are reproduced here. The pictures we could find were either not published by the developer itself or could not be matched to this specific development with confidence. One honest image beats six convenient ones.
For a completed development that matters less than usual, because you can stand in it. Use the map below to find it, then walk the car park, look at the lift lobbies and common areas, and read the notice board. That tells you more about how the place is run than any render.
Completed in 2018, with its certificate of fitness
With the old official website gone, the National Housing Department register is the most reliable record left. It lists the development as Grand Medini Lifestyle Residence, three blocks, 672 units.

What the register adds
The original launch prices. Units were permitted at roughly RM590,000 to RM1.44 million in 2014. Compare today’s asking and transacted prices with that band before you negotiate.
One block is taller than the others — 33 storeys against 30 — which portals that list “3 blocks of 30 floors” miss.
Grand Global Group
Grand Medini was launched in Singapore in September 2014 by Grand Global Group; portals name the developing company as Grand Global Medini Sdn Bhd. For a completed building the relevant body today is the management corporation. Read its latest accounts and ask about the sinking fund before committing.

No. It is recorded as leasehold. Ask for the title to see the remaining years.
Can a foreigner buy here?
Medini has had its own foreign-ownership arrangements in the past. Get the current position for this title confirmed by a lawyer; do not rely on a general rule.
Why is there no price?
Because there is no developer price for a completed project. I can pull recent transacted prices for a specific unit type on request.
Is the official website still running?
No. The old domain now carries unrelated content. Do not enter personal details there.
