All 31 units are sold. If a listing calls Permas 31 a “new launch”, treat that with care. Buying here means dealing with an existing owner, so ask for the individual strata or land title, the current tenancy (if any) and the service charges.
The developer page shows the address as Blok A, Permas Mall, Jalan Permas Utara. That may be the sales office rather than the block itself — confirm the exact lot on site before you view.
A four-storey shop office in a mature township
Ground-floor units have front and rear exposure with glass shopfronts. The upper three floors suit offices, a clinic, tuition or a company’s own HQ. Permas Jaya is a settled township, so footfall comes from existing residents rather than future phases.
