Six reasons buyers shortlist Isola Coast
Senibong Cove has been building since 2010. This is the part of the answer that is still for sale.
An island precinct, not a phase name
Isola is a genuine island inside the township, reached over its own bridge, and Isola Coast is the last landed enclave on it. Isola Villas (144 homes) and Isola Grandeur (86) are both sold out. What is left is 160 homes and a finite amount of water frontage.
Freehold landed title, on reclaimed waterfront
Freehold landed property with water frontage is scarce anywhere in Johor Bahru, and almost unheard of within eight kilometres of the Causeway. You get an individual title, not a strata share, and no lease decay in your resale maths.
Phase 1 is nearly finished
Phase 1 is in its final stage of construction, with handover in the sale and purchase agreement on 1 November 2026. You are not buying a hole in the ground here — you can walk the street, see the finishes and the road width before you sign.
The township amenities already exist
Marina, clubhouse, retail precinct and six parks were built for the earlier phases and are running today. That is the opposite of the usual Johor launch, where the facilities plan is a render and the first residents wait five years.
Eight house types, not one repeated
Lots run from a 22-foot link frontage up to 50 and 70 feet, and built-up from 3,685 to 4,914 square feet. Three categories — terrace, cluster and bungalow — make the street genuinely mixed rather than 160 identical boxes.
Open to Singaporean and foreign buyers
Johor sets a RM2,000,000 minimum for a non-citizen buying landed property. Every Phase 2 and 3 house type is priced above it, which puts freehold waterfront landed within reach of foreign buyers, subject to state consent — WhatsApp me to check the lot you like.

Phase 1 — Violet, Lilac, Iris
Forty three-storey link homes on 22-foot frontages, with four bedrooms. The phase is in its final stage with handover on 1 November 2026, so you can inspect it as a near-finished product rather than a drawing.

Phase 2 link — Peony, Orchid
Two 22-foot link types at 3,859 and 3,983 square feet, on 110-foot lots. 65 link homes across two sub-blocks, with handover in the sale and purchase agreement on 6 March 2028.

Cluster — Jasmine
Jasmine is the wide-frontage type: a 70-foot by 50-foot lot at 4,181 square feet built-up. 28 three-storey cluster homes with five bedrooms, handing over on 6 March 2028.

Bungalow — Dahlia, Freesia
The two largest types, both on 50-foot by 118-foot lots: Dahlia at 4,876 square feet and Freesia at 4,914. 27 detached three-storey homes with five bedrooms, across two sub-blocks, handing over on 6 March 2028.

Why buy Isola Coast @ Senibong Cove? Key benefits for investors and homeowners
Isola Coast @ Senibong Cove is a freehold landed enclave by Senibong Cove Development (WM Senibong) on the Isola island precinct of Senibong Cove, Permas Jaya, Johor Bahru, with 160 canal and waterfront link, cluster and bungalow homes of 3,685–4,914 sq ft, handing over from November 2026. Here is what makes it stand out — whether you are buying to rent out or to live in.
The last landed enclave on Isola island
Isola is a genuine island inside Senibong Cove, reached over its own bridge. Isola Villas (144 homes) and Isola Grandeur (86) are sold out, so these 160 homes are the last chance at its water frontage.
Freehold waterfront landed near the Causeway
Freehold landed with water frontage is scarce anywhere in Johor Bahru — and Isola Coast is about 8 km in a straight line from the CIQ and the Bukit Chagar RTS station, with EDL access.
Phase 2 open to foreign buyers
Every Phase 2 and 3 house type is priced above Johor’s RM2,000,000 landed minimum for non-citizens, so Singaporean and other foreign buyers can apply with state consent.
Marina, clubhouse and six parks already built
A 100-berth marina for vessels up to 22 m, a 2 km boardwalk, a 201,189 sq ft retail precinct, a clubhouse with pool and gym, and six parks — all running today, not promised.
Eight house types, four to five bedrooms
From 22-foot three-storey links to 50-foot bungalows, with built-ups of 3,685 to 4,914 sq ft. Phase 1 links come with 4+1 bedrooms and four car park bays — room for big families.
Proven developer, Phase 1 nearly complete
Senibong Cove has handed over about 1,600 homes since 2010, backed by Australia’s Walker Corporation. Phase 1 is in its final stage, with handover on 1 November 2026.
About WM Senibong and Senibong Cove Development

The company on your sale and purchase agreement is Senibong Cove Development Sdn Bhd, registration 199501039013 (368215-X), at N-01, Blok N, Pinggiran Senibong, No. 1 Persiaran Senibong, Teluk Senibong, 81750 Masai. It is the project company; the group above it is WM Senibong Berhad, registration 199301021876 (276614-P).
WM Senibong is a joint venture between Walker Group Holdings Pty Ltd — the Australian Walker Corporation — and Sigma Senibina Sdn Bhd, restructured into its present form in 2019. The group also develops Crest@Austin, The Kews at Leisure Farm and Centennial ParcVista, and reports a landbank of over 2,000 acres. In October 2025 The Star reported the group was weighing an equity fundraising or listing.
What matters more than the corporate structure is delivery, and here the record is checkable. Senibong Cove has been building since 2010, and The Star put about 1,600 homes worth roughly RM1.8 billion handed over by late 2025. Five precincts are already sold out — The WaterEdge Residences, Isola Villas (144), Isola Grandeur (86), Waterway Residences (129), The Hills Residences (55) and Lagoon Residences (69). The marina, clubhouse, retail precinct and parks you see in the renders are built and operating, not promised.
Frequently asked questions
How many homes are there at Isola Coast @ Senibong Cove?
160 freehold landed homes, in two parts. Phase 1 is 40 three-storey link houses. Phase 2 and 3 together are 120 homes: 65 link, 28 cluster and 27 detached bungalows.
With only 160 homes on the island and five earlier waterfront precincts already sold out, choice is limited — WhatsApp me for the lots still available.
Is Isola Coast freehold?
Yes. The developer states freehold tenure on its products page, and these are landed homes on individual titles rather than strata units.
Freehold landed title with water frontage is genuinely scarce in this part of Johor Bahru, and it is the main structural reason the prices sit where they do.
What house types and sizes does Isola Coast offer?
Eight named types. Phase 1: Violet on a 22 by 111 foot lot, Lilac on 22 by 130 and Iris on 22 by 110, all 3,685 to 3,775 square feet built-up with four bedrooms.
Phase 2: Peony and Orchid on 22 by 110 foot lots at 3,859 to 3,983 square feet; Jasmine on a 70 by 50 foot lot at 4,181 square feet; Dahlia on 50 by 118 at 4,876 square feet; and Freesia on 50 by 118 at 4,914 square feet. The cluster and detached types have five bedrooms.
How much does a house at Isola Coast cost?
WhatsApp me for the latest price list — prices vary by phase, house type, corner position, water frontage and orientation.
Tell me the house type you like and I will send the current list for the lots still available.
When will Isola Coast be completed?
Vacant possession in the sale and purchase agreements is 1 November 2026 for Phase 1 and 6 March 2028 for Phase 2 and 3.
Phase 1 is in its final stage of construction. The date that applies to you is the one in your own agreement — WhatsApp me and I will confirm it for the phase you choose.
Can a Singaporean or other foreigner buy at Isola Coast?
Yes for Phase 2 and 3: every house type there is priced above Johor’s RM2,000,000 minimum for a non-citizen buying landed property. Phase 1 is assessed lot by lot.
Landed property bought by a non-citizen also needs Johor state consent, a separate application with its own levy and timeline. Send me your nationality and the lot you like and I will walk you through it.
Where exactly is Isola Coast?
In the Isola precinct of Senibong Cove, at Teluk Senibong, 81750 Masai, in the Johor Bahru district on the Permas Jaya side of the city. Isola is an island within the township, reached over its own bridge, and the homes have canal or waterfront lots.
The township coordinate is 1.483292, 103.837364 — Plus Code FRMP+8W Masai. Access is from the Eastern Dispersal Link. Straight-line, the Johor–Singapore CIQ is about 8.1 km and Bukit Chagar RTS station about 7.9 km.
Are there floor plans for Isola Coast?
Yes — WhatsApp me and I will send the developer’s own floor plan for the type you want.
The Phase 1 layouts for Iris, Lilac and Violet are on this page, and the sales-gallery pack has the drawings for every other type.
What facilities come with Isola Coast?
The precinct is gated and guarded with 24-hour security, and the StarProperty listing for the project adds a clubhouse, swimming pool, kids pool, gym, function room, multipurpose room, jogging lane, playground, basketball court, amphitheatre, surau and car park.
The township layer is the bigger draw and it is already built: a 100-berth marina taking vessels up to 22 metres, a boardwalk of about 2 km, a 201,189 square foot retail precinct with marina dining, and six parks — Central, Entry, Beach, Mangroves, Island and Lagoon.
Who is the developer of Isola Coast?
Senibong Cove Development Sdn Bhd, registration 199501039013 (368215-X), part of WM Senibong Berhad — a joint venture between Australia’s Walker Corporation and Sigma Senibina Sdn Bhd.
The group has handed over about 1,600 homes at Senibong Cove since 2010, and the township’s marina, clubhouse and parks are already running.
