Nearly finished, with a handover date of 26 November 2026 in the sale and purchase agreement — a house you can walk through before you commit. Its 217 units match the count agent sites give for “Aurora 2”.
Phase F3
182 units, and the only phase that is not purely terraces: 181 terraces plus one detached house. Construction is well under way, with a handover date of 23 September 2027. If you are told “Aurora” has a bungalow, this is the one, and there is exactly one of it.
Phase F4
The newest phase: launched in June 2026 with 223 units, and just started on site. This is the one you buy off-plan, with the widest choice of lots.
