Tower B
The largest tower by unit count and the one opened for registration in November 2023. It hands over under the sale and purchase agreement dated 21 December 2026, about two months after Tower A.
Tower C
The tallest of the three at 26 storeys and the last released — Mah Sing issued a Tower C information kit in January 2024. It has the widest choice of remaining units, with contractual handover on 1 June 2027.

The three towers add up exactly to the 1,526 total Mah Sing quotes, giving buyers a choice of handover timing from October 2026 to June 2027.

Four sizes: Type A/A1 at 570 sq ft (1 bed, 1 bath), Type B/B1 at 670 sq ft (1+1 bed, 1 bath), Type C/C1 at 730 sq ft (2 bed, 2 bath) and Type D/D1 at 880 sq ft (3 bed, 2 bath). The numbered variants are the mirrored versions of the same plans.

Yes. M Minori is a freehold serviced apartment development on 6.938 acres in Mukim Tebrau, bought by Mah Sing in June 2022.
Freehold matters most on resale: there is no lease decay to price in, and the buyer pool for a freehold title is wider. Note that the units are serviced apartments on a strata title, which is a different product from a residential condominium for utility tariffs and assessment.
Is M Minori the same as M Grand Minori?
No, and this catches people out. M Minori is in Taman Seri Austin with 1,526 units in three towers. M Grand Minori is a separate, later Mah Sing project in a different part of Johor Bahru, with its own page on this site.
If a brochure, listing or agent just says “Minori”, ask which one. The prices, sizes, towers and completion dates are all different.
How far is M Minori from the Causeway and the RTS Link?
About 13 km to the Johor–Singapore CIQ and about 12.7 km to the RTS Link station at Bukit Chagar, in a straight line.
