One verified development is listed here for Bukit Tiram: Meadow Heights, a 22.437-acre freehold gated and guarded terrace housing scheme inside the Bandar Tiram township at Ulu Tiram, by Tiland Development Sdn Bhd of the Tiland Group. The homes are double-storey terraces on 24-foot-wide lots of 24ft by 60ft and 24ft by 65ft with four bedrooms. The developer publishes no unit count and no official price, and gives two different completion answers — 2027 or 2029 — so this page carries no price band and reproduces both dates rather than choosing one.
Note the address carefully, because the labels do not line up. The scheme is in Bandar Tiram, Ulu Tiram, and Bukit Tiram is the adjacent name used in local listings. Ulu Tiram town is adjacent, the Senai-Desaru Expressway is a direct access route, the Johor Bahru city centre is about 20 km away, AEON Mall Tebrau City and IKEA Tebrau about a 15-minute drive and the Johor-Singapore CIQ about 30 minutes.
For a foreign buyer the answer is no. Johor requires a non-citizen buying landed residential property to pay at least RM2,000,000, and nothing published about this scheme suggests a lot anywhere near that — the developer has not released a price at all, which is itself the reason to ask for the gazetted schedule before doing any arithmetic. A transfer to a non-citizen also requires State Authority consent, and the Johor foreign-purchase levy of 3% or RM30,000, whichever is higher, applies on top.
