The site is on the reclaimed seafront directly opposite Queensbay Mall, with the Tun Dr Lim Chong Eu Expressway as its access road and the Penang Bridge about 3 km away. Ideal publishes no figure to Penang International Airport, and the proposed Mutiara LRT alignment does not serve Queensbay — so neither is quoted as a distance on this page.
